As a representative of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, I had the pleasure of taking a group of our World Fellows and generous supporters on a tour of Westminster Abbey, for which Paula was the guide. I, personally, enjoyed the tour immensely and had excellent feedback from the group. Paula was successful in creating a most informative and enjoyable tour, taking an appropriate pace for our mixture of guests. In addition, one of our guests was using a wheelchair, and Paula was very helpful in ensuring she also got the most out of the tour.
